We gather information through the website at www.clearlykombucha.com, and through the telephone, fax, mail or email. During the course of ordering or inquiring from our website, we may collect information that is considered personal and identifies you individually. In addition, we collect information that is anonymous and does not identify an individual.

"personally identifiable information" is private information about you as an individual and/or about the person to whom our products are being shipped. The above-mentioned information is provided by the customer. Through our credit card merchant system, we also collect billing address verification and credit card "cvv" information. This information is used to verify that the card belongs to the person listed under the billing address information.
"anonymous information" includes information such as how many users visit our website, what pages were viewed, keywords used in searches, ip (internet protocol) addresses, referring web page urls, and web pages from affiliate referrers. All of this information is collected without personally identifying the user. An example of anonymous information would be statistics that state how many users visited a page or the website in any given day. However, the users are not identified, just the aggregate number of visitors.
How do we use the information collected?
If you request to be added to our mailing list, we may also use your mailing address or telephone number to alert you to special offers, sales, store updates, and new services. If you place an order for promotional goods on the websites of affiliates producing such goods on our behalf, your personal information will be used in accordance with the privacy policies of those websites, which supersede the policies described here.
