Shrimp Salad with Ginger Turmeric Dressing, Strawberries, Oranges, and Toasted Almonds
INGREDIENTS
DRESSING:
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup Turmeric Cardamom Clearly Botanicals
juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
SALAD:
1/4 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/8 teaspoon coriander
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch of salt and pepper
3-4 cups baby romaine or spring greens
2 tablespoons toasted almonds
sliced strawberries
orange segments or mandarin oranges
